Although Internet Marketing is a great way to get the word out about your products, services and business word of mouth marketing still remains the best marketing tool for countless businessess and industries.
You can have the slickest website, most systemized marketing campaign, great design for your direct mail pieces, yet, if you don't deliver above and beyond your customer's expectations, you can be losing untold amounts of money in lost sales, lost leads and overall "damage control."
Think about your decisions to do business with someone. How often do you at least check out a vendor based on the recommendation of someone else? And how often have you gotten business because someone recommended you? And how often have you told others when you have either had a great experience? On the flip side, how often have you been more than willing to let others know when you have had a bad experience.
